CarsVansandBikes.com was starting their journey helping users to find their next vehicle. They wanted to turn their data into valuable insights in order to improve the experience for both of their audiences; the potential customers searching for a car and the car dealers that trusted CVB to publish and promote their vehicles on the site.
What we did
- One of their main goals was to increase traffic and to grow the number of users contacting car dealers about one of their cars, which we focused on to create their measurement framework
- We enhanced their Google Analytics implementation by tracking their internal search engine, as it was a key part of the user’s journey. We also configured conversions such as contact forms sent to car dealers or users registering to the site
- We created a dashboard where they could monitor their traffic acquisition and conversion, and where insights could be easily gathered for key areas like their onsite search or their marketing channels
- Once they had enough data, we made an audit of the site and provided recommendations to increase their users engagement and conversion, and with ideas on how to use their most consumed content in targeted campaigns
